Funjet Vacations Cancellation Policy Review from Bolingbrook, Illinois
I had to drop out of my trip because I lost employment. I called funjet and they had us on hold for 25 m I utes and the lady returned to the phone stating that if she canceled my room the individual that I was rooming with whose trip has been paid in full already would not have a room to stay in.
Previously when I spoke to someone they stated that it would n only cost an additional $112. Someone is lying. The lady put us on hold to call the hotel to see if they would allow the room to remain booked and here it is an 45 minutes later we are still on hold. She has not checked in on us to advise us that she is still working on our case or anything.
Very unprofessional and horrible with customer service. I will never book with this company again
